Silver Dollar Speedway will take every action possible to complete events. In the case of inclement weather, however, completion of events may not be possible. Should an event complete all heat races, the event is considered official and refunds will not be available. In the case that heat races are not able to be completed, the event will either be postponed and rescheduled, or canceled.

Should the event be postponed, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued should an event be rescheduled.

Should the event be canceled, credit card ticket purchases can be refunded through Ticket Spice, Silver Dollar Speedway's official ticketing platform.

Cash purchases can request a refund by mailing the ticket/pit pass to Silver Dollar Speedway. Refunds for cash purchases must be requested within 30 days of the originally scheduled event date. No refunds will be issued at the venue.

NO REFUNDS, but you can add Purchase Protection and get a 100% refund of your purchase if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending this event.

HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, racing associations, sanctioning or administrative organizations or any affiliated entities thereof, track operators, track owners, officials, vehicle owners, drivers, builders and designers, crews, rescue personnel, any persons in any RESTRICTED AREA, promoters, sponsors, equipment and parts manufactures and suppliers, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT(S), premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters/brokers, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and for each of them, their directors, officers, agents, and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "RELEASEES", FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASER, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASEE(S) OR OTHERWISE. By purchasing tickets and attending this event, I acknowledge the risk of dirt, gravel, debris or car parts being thrown from the track. I enter at my own risk and release Silver Dollar Speedway and it's affiliates from liability.
